  • spring onions - 4 bunches
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - about 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Finely chop the spring onions and fry them, until they aquire a light golden color.

Add the flour, fry a little more and add the paprika, milk and salt.

Leave the mixture to boil and stir at all times.

The amount of milk depends on what density you want the porridge to have.
