Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 5 pcs. /large mushroom/ or 250 g
  • spring onion - 5 stalks
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • rice - 3 tbsp.
  • vegetable spice - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 2
  • lovage - 3 stalks
  • cream cheese - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • oil - 6 tbsp.

How to make

5-6 large mushrooms are selected. Their stumps are removed.

The mushrooms are then peeled by removing the skin. They are cut into small pieces, as well as the stumps.

Heat the oil in a pot on the stove and add the mushrooms into it.

During this time, a large carrot is grated on the coarse part of the grater and it is added. Mix, by adding the chopped spring onions.

Pour 2-3 tbsp. of rice, which is washed with cold water, mix again and after 2-3 minutes it is poured with two liters of warm water.

As soon as the mushroom soup boils, it is seasoned as you like with vegetables and a little salt. Cook it for 15-20 minutes to cook the rice.

Remove it from the heat and sprinkle with chopped lovage.

In a bowl, mash the cream cheese, by adding a spoonful of the hot soup to it, so that it is well mixed and there are no lumps.

It is poured into the soup and it is thickened that way, by stirring it.
