How to make
Boil the finely chopped lettuce, onions and dill in a liter of water and thicken the soup with the toasted flour in the butter.
Beat the eggs, cream, salt and nutmeg in the bottom of the soup pot and pour the thickened dairy soup on top.
Mix well and serve the portions of soup with lettuce, sprinkled with the pieces of bread fried in butter.
The lettuce, spring onions and dill soup is ready.
