Ingredients

  • watermelon - 2 slices
  • basil - 2 - 3 leaves fresh
  • peppers - 1/2. red
  • cucumbers - 1
  • tomatoes - 4
  • olive oil
  • salt

How to make

Peel the cucumber and tomato. Clean the watermelon slices form their seeds. Cut them into small pieces and put everything in the jug of a food processor.

Blend until smooth, making sure no pieces remain. If you want, you can strain the gazpacho through a strainer, I personally don't do it because I like it that way.

Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve the chilled gazpacho.
