How to make
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) with fan.
On the stove, melt the butter with the sugar, molasses, a pinch of salt and vanilla.
Add the oats and chopped dried cherries. Stir, until the ingredients are well combined.
Pour it in a suitable rectangular or square baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a water bath. In a bowl, mix the strained yogurt with the dry milk and add them to the melted chocolate.
Mix well and pour the mixture over the cooled flapjack.
Refrigerate the tasty bars for 30 minutes. Take it out and cut it into portions with a sharp knife.
Serve the cherry flapjack with yogurt with coffee, tea or matcha latte.
