How to make
Pour the raw peanuts into a wide tray.
First, put the flour and salt in a separate bowl (if you like your peanuts more salty, you can add a little more salt), add water and mix, until a watery consistency is obtained.
Pour it over the peanuts and mix them with your hands, until they are all wet.
Roast them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until they're done. After the first 15-20 minutes of roasting, remove the tray from the oven and use a spoon to stir the peanuts, since they stick.
We repeat the procedure every 10 minutes. The last few minutes before you take it out you can take 2-3 and taste them, but before the roasted peanuts cool completely, they will still be slightly moist.
