For this salad, peel and cut the cucumbers into circles and then in halves.
Also cut the hot peppers, as well as the parsley.
Put the sliced cucumbers into a bowl along with the salt and leave them to release their water for about 30 minutes.
Then rinse and strain them.
Mix the sugar and vinegar into another bowl and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Peel an onion and slice it.
Place the cucumbers, hot peppers, red onions into a bowl and pour the dressing over them.
Mix everything well, sprinkle with nuts and serve the Thai Peanut Salad.
