How to make
Pour all the ingredients into a pan and place on medium heat. After 10-15 minutes (depending on temperature), the water will start boiling and you're going to get a thick syrup. It's important to stir often throughout the entire process.
When evaporated a bit, the sugar crystallizes and covers the peanuts. You can leave them for another minute or two to get slightly caramelized. Then take them off of the heat.
This way they'll separate and get covered with sugar and not caramelize and stick together.
* If you lower the temperature while the mixture is still boiling, or there's still sugar left in the pan for whatever reason, you can add same amount of water as you did at the beginning and repeat the process. What's important is for the temperature not to be too high, so they don't get caramelized.
