"A healthy breakfast that will give you a lot of vitamins and energy, enough for the whole day!"

Ingredients

  • chia - 3 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • orange jam - 3 tbsp.
  • honey - 5 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp. (by taste)
  • spearmint
  • water - 1 cup

How to make

Soak the chia in the water in a deep vessel, since it increases in size and swells, by absorbing the liquid.

It takes 2-3 hours to reach a jelly texture, but it will be even better if we leave it overnight. The self-gelling chia is mixed with the yogurt, orange marmalade, honey and cinnamon.

Since the resulting mixture is interestingly beautifully patterned - the gray-black chia seeds in the white yogurt and here and there orange pieces of orange, we divide it into three transparent glass cups!

Healthy breakfast! Easy and quick preparation! Lots of vitamins and energy to last the whole day!
