How to make
Soak the chia in the water in a deep vessel, since it increases in size and swells, by absorbing the liquid.
It takes 2-3 hours to reach a jelly texture, but it will be even better if we leave it overnight. The self-gelling chia is mixed with the yogurt, orange marmalade, honey and cinnamon.
Since the resulting mixture is interestingly beautifully patterned - the gray-black chia seeds in the white yogurt and here and there orange pieces of orange, we divide it into three transparent glass cups!
