How to make
Peel the oranges and tangerines and separate the pieces of fruit. Clean the skins and transfer them into a bowl. Cut the orange peels into thin strips and add them into the dish.
Squeeze the lemon juice and the rest of the oranges into the bowl, add the prepared orange juice. Transfer everything into a deep pot on medium heat and pour the water.
Add the sugar and boil the mixture. Grate the ginger root and add it into to the pot along with the cardamom.
Boil the orange and tangerine jam and leave it to reduce. Pour the finished jam into a jar and close it.
If you want to keep the jam for longer, sterilize the jars in boiling water beforehand.
