How to make
Wash the oranges well. Grate the orange peel on a fine grater.
Remove the rest of the orange peel, remove the white skin and cut them into small pieces. Make sure to remove all the seeds in the process of cutting.
Add the fruit, grated peel and sugar into a deep bowl, sprinkle everything with sugar, add the lemon juice and boil everything.
Reduce the heat and boil everything for about 20 minutes on low heat, while stirring constantly.
If the jam doesn't seem thick enough, you can boil it a little longer.
