How to make
With the potato peeler peel only the orange part of the oranges.
Clean the white skin by hand and cut the cleaned slices into small pieces.
Put the pieces in a pot with the sugar and boil them for an hour.
Put the peeled orange peels in a pot, cover it with water and boil it, then pour the water our, pour fresh water and boil. Repeat one more time.
Add the peels to the jam, bring it to the desired consistency and blend, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Just before removing it from the heat, pour the juice of half a lemon.
Flavor with 1 tsp. of cinnamon.
Pour the hot homemade orange jam into warmed dry jars and turn them upside down, until they cool.
Note: Use fruit, whose peels have not been treated with chemicals!
