How to make
I soaked a good amount of mint - stalks with leaves, in a pot of 2 liters of water and left them to sit for a day.
The next day, I strained the liquid, added 1.8 lb (800 g) of sugar and boiled to the required thickness.
Finally, I added a pinch of green confectionery paint, because the extract is brownish in color.
The finished mint topping is transferred into a bottle and stored in a refrigerator without sterilization.
