How to make
Peel the tangerines and lemons and remove their seeds. Cut the peels into thin strips.
Cut the peeled tangerines and lemon into cubes and add them along with the peels in water. Add the sugar.
Put them to boil and when the water boils, reduce the heat and cook the tangerine jam for 30 minutes, while stirring.
Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and add it to the mixture.
When ready, pour the jam into clean jars.
Once cooled, close the jars and store them in the refrigerator.
The tangerine and lemon jam will become your favorite!
