How to make
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water. Once they are ready, leave them to cool.
Grate them on a coarse grater. Add the beaten egg yolks, milk, crumbled white cheese and spices.
Stir. Then add the flour and egg whites, which are beaten into a white mixture. Stir again.
Put the mixture for the potato casserole in a greased baking pan or onto baking paper and pour the melted butter.
Bake the quick casserole in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 40 minutes.
A great potato casserole for people of all ages is obtained!
