Ingredients

  • pork leg - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • porcini mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • field mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • leeks - 2 sprigs
  • onion - 2 onions
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 level top tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Cut the meat into suitable pieces.

Clean the leeks and onions, chop them as well. Chop and clean the mushrooms as well.

Put the meat in a suitable cooking vessel and add the oil. Cook for 15 minutes, by stirring occasionally.

Add the mushrooms and vegetables. Add the paprika. Stir and cover with a lid.

Pour the wine.

Cook on low heat, until the dish is fully cooked, by stirring occasionally.

At the end of cooking, season the fried pork with salt and black pepper.

The pork bites with mushrooms and leeks are ready.
