Ingredients

  • pork - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • oil - 5 tbsp.
  • red onion - 1 large onion
  • pickles - 6 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 4.2 oz (120 g) jar
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 level top tsp.
  • savory herb
  • milk - 1 cup
  • parsley - 3 stalks (for sprinkling)

How to make

Pork bites with pickles and mushrooms - a quick and tasty dish for lunch or dinner.

Cut the red onions into crescents, the meat into chunks, the pickles into circles and strain the mushrooms from the liquid.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the meat, which is sprinkled with salt and black pepper.

Add the chopped onion and when it has slightly softened, sprinkle it with paprika and pour water, to stew under a lid, until the meat softens.

Finally, add pickles and mushrooms, season with the spices and pour the warm milk.

Leave the pork kebab to simmer for 5-10 minutes, in order for a sauce to be obtained.

Serve it sprinkled with chopped parsley.
