How to make
Cut the pork into pieces and saute them in a little oil. Take them out and transfer them to a buttered tray. Saute the onions and mushrooms in the same sauce.
Once they soften, put them in with the meat in the tray.
Add the chopped pickles and cream. Pour in the wine.
Season with the spices and stir. Bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven until ready.
