In a pot of water boil the wheat, until it doubles its original amount. Pour out the water and leave it aside to drain.
During this time, grab take a bowl and crush the biscuits into powder (you can use a blender or put them in a bag and crush them with your hands).
Add the wheat to the biscuits and mix. Next up, add powdered sugar, vanilla, crushed walnuts and grate the lemon peel. Mix the delicious ashure with the help of a spoon.
If desired, you can add a handful of raisins, goji berries or dried apricots (finely chopped).
