How to make
Mix the milk and water and warm them slightly. Dissolve the yeast and honey in them. Put the wheat semolina in a bowl. Pour out the liquid, add salt and knead a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Leave it in a warm place, until it doubles in volume. Sprinkle semolina on a piece of baking paper.
Put the dough on it, shape it like flatbread. Use a sharp knife to cut squares. Sprinkle with wheat semolina and leave it again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). At the bottom, place a container of water. Transfer the bread along with the paper into a tray. Put it in the preheated oven.
Bake the wheat semolina bread, until it is nicely browned.
