How to make
Sift the flour and add the salt and yeast.
Add 300 ml of warm water along with olive oil and honey. Gradually knead a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Transfer the finished dough into a greased baking pan, make a few indentations on top with your finger and leave it to rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
Then lightly shape the bread, make slight slits with a knife on top and put the bread to bake for about 35 minutes or until done in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C).
The wheat bread is ready.
