How to make
The wheat is boiled with 500 g of water and a pinch of salt until the grains burst.
Strain and leave it to cool.
Cut the tomatoes into larger pieces, the onion into crescents and the white cheese into cubes.
Place the tomatoes, onions, olives in a bowl or salad bowl.
Then add the boiled wheat and the cubes of white cheese on top.
Sprinkle the delicious vegetable salad with chopped fresh parsley.
Before serving, the wheat salad is drizzled with olive oil or oil.
