This homemade pate is a favorite of the kids. You can also make a lean version if you use lean mayonnaise and lean margarine. Do not add the processed cheese in such a case.
Pour the mayonnaise, margarine, processed cheese and a spoonful of mustard into a blender.
It is best to use canned tuna in olive oil or its own sauce.
Strain the fish and add it to the rest of the ingredients, add 3 sardines. Blend everything together well, until a homogeneous mixture suitable for spreading is obtained.
Serve the homemade canned tuna pate spread on bread.
