How to cook
Strain the tuna and put it in a chopper (or blender).
Add onion, black pepper, lean margarine or olive oil and blend.
Then add olive oil, salt and blend everything in the chopper (until finely blended, so that the fish pate becomes like store bought pate).
Spread the pate on the bread and enjoy the wonderful taste.
Tip: Healthy and delicious homemade tuna pate.
It is prepared very quickly.
