How to make
Cut the leeks, carrots and onions. Pour them into a pan, cover them with water and stew them for 10 minutes.
During this time, cut the pork liver into small cubes and add it to the vegetable mixture, add more water, spices of your choice and stew under a lid for another 25-30 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, add the wine.
After removing the pan from the heat, blend, until a smooth mixture is obtained, by adding olive oil to make it easier to blend.
Serve the pate with slices of bread.
