How to make
The pork liver is soaked in cold water for 12 hours, by changing the water periodically. It is strained.
Everything is cut into oblong pieces and grinded very finely into a puree.
Add the milk and eggs (the mixture becomes thin). Season the pate and leave it in a cold place for 24 hours.
It is filled in jars and boiled for 3 hours, which are timed from the time the water boils.
