How to make
Finely chop the onion, peel the apple and cut it into thin pieces. The pork liver should be cut into thin pieces.
Sauté the products for a few minutes in the heated butter, then remove them from the heat and let them cool well.
Transfer them into a blender, add the spices and dried apricots and blend until smooth.
Add a little cream and blend again. Pour the pork pate into a suitable container and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with toast.
