How to make
Heat the cream and milk.
Beat the yolks with the sugar. Pour the milk and cream mixture into them in a thin stream. Return to the heat for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the chocolate.
Place 1-2 figs from jam (sliced) in the bowls.
Pour the mixture on top and bake in a water bath (160°C/for about 50 minutes).
After the creme brulee has cooled, sprinkle each bowl with 1 tbsp. of sugar and caramelize with a torch.
The creme brulee with fig jam is ready.
