How to make
The figs are washed and added to the sugar syrup, which we have pre-cooked for about 20 minutes.
If the figs are bigger than normal, they need to be cut into pieces. If they are small, put them in whole.
Periodically stir the jam and when it thickens, add the lemon acid.
Distribute the jam while still warm in jars, close with lids and then cook for about 10 minutes.
