How to make
First, boil and mash the pumpkin. Then mix with the yolks with the sugar and mix.
Then put the cream and vanilla on the stove, but do not boil it.
Slowly and while stirring without stopping, mix it with the yolks. Add the pumpkin and distribute in bowls.
Arrange them on a baking tray in which you have put hot water. Bake for 50 minutes at 320°F (160 degrees).
Cool the finished creme brulee in the refrigerator.
When serving, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and melt with a burner.
The pumpkin creme brulee is ready.
