How to make
Peel and put the bananas into a blender. Puree them and then add the vanilla, starch and a pinch of salt. Blend them until the mixture is smooth enough.
Pour the mixture into bowls, that are suitable for baking and bake for about 15 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees). Take out the bowls and pour 1 tbsp. of honey on top of the cream.
Place them back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes, so they can acquire a golden color, similar to caramel and then take them out and allow the creme brulee to cool.
