How to make
Gently mix the strained milk and cream cheese with a spatula.
Grind the biscuits into crumbs and pour them over the melted butter.
Distribute it at the bottom of 6 bowls or jars and press it down firmly to the bottom.
Leave them for 15 minutes in the refrigerator, so that the biscuit base can set.
After 15 minutes, spread the dairy mixture on the base of each jar.
At the top of each jar put 2 tbsp. of fig jam.
The easy cheesecake is sprinkled with crushed biscuits.
If you want it to be sweeter, powdered sugar can be added into the cups of the dairy cheesecake mixture.
I prefer not to add sugar, because the biscuits and fig jam are sweet enough for me.
