How to make
Stir the eggs with a fork or wire whisk. Add the sugar, milk and oil. Mix well.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Line the muffin tin with paper liners. Pour 1 tbsp. of the mixture.
Place 1 fig in which you have placed 1/2 walnut.
Cover with another 1 tbsp. of the mixture.
Bake the muffins at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
The muffins with green fig jam are ready.
