Ingredients

  • lamb - 0.9 lb (400 g) boiled
  • lamb offal - 1 cup boiled
  • rice - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • spring onion - 1 stalk
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp.
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salt - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • black pepper
  • spearmint
  • parsley

How to make

Pour the oil into a pot.

Wait for it to heat up, add the cooked lamb meat and offal, which we have cut into small pieces in advance.

Leave it like this for about 5-6 minutes, then add the vegetables, which are grinded in a blender.

After the meat and vegetables are fried, add a liter and a half of water, black pepper and garlic.

Boil for about 10 minutes and then add the rice.

Prepare the thickener while the soup is boiling.

Beat the eggs with the sour cream, by adding a pinch of salt.

Remove the lamb soup from the heat and leave it to cool.

When it cools down to room temperature, slowly add the thickener, by stirring at all times.

Serve the lamb soup with thickener while it is still warm.
