Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 6 - 7 cloves
  • dill
  • salt
  • flour - for rolling
  • yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • white cheese - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

Cut the zucchini into circles. Season them with salt and leave them for about 20 minutes to soften.

Roll each zucchini circle in flour.

Arrange the zucchini in a greased baking pan.

Place garlic cloves between the zucchini slices.

Drizzle with oil again and bake in a preheated oven, until they aquire a golden color.

Sprinkle with grated white cheese.

Beat the eggs with the yogurt and finely chopped dill.

Pour the mixture over the zucchini and bake the gratin, until it aquires a golden color.
