Ingredients

  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 3 pcs.
  • peppers - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
  • thyme
  • marjoram
  • oregano
  • vegetable stock - 1 cube
  • parsley - 1 - 2 bunch
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Chop 1/2 onion finely. Place the mince in a bowl and add the onion, egg, herbs and breadcrumbs.

Make small round meatballs, and roll them in flour. Chop the peppers and remaining onions finely. Cook covered on low heat with 1-2 tbsp of water.

Add the shredded tomatoes and cook shortly.

Pour in 2 cups of warm water and bring to a boil. Add the stock cube, and meatballs.

Transfer into a small tray and bake for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
