How to make
Peel, chop and boil the potatoes in salted water.
Parboil 2 handfuls of nettle, chop it finely and add it to the potatoes.
Once it cools, break 2 eggs on top, add the grated cheese and crumbled feta. Leave the mixture for 30 min. in the fridge to harden.
Turn the oven up to 390°F (200 °C), form meatballs and roll them in breadcrumbs (I used rice flour). Arrange them in an oven dish laid out with baking paper and bake until golden.
It goes well with a lettuce salad with radishes and cold beer.
