How to make
Knead the minced meat with the spices and egg. Shape medium, oval meatballs. Peel and cut the potatoes and put them in a greased tray. Distribute 1-2 onions (cut into crescents) on top and add with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water.
Add salt and spices to taste and a little oil. Put the meatballs and pour in the canned chopped tomatoes. Again, add spices to taste and a little oil. Put the dish to bake at about 370°F (190 °C) in a pre-heated oven until the potatoes and meatballs are ready.
The finished meatballs with potatoes are sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
