Ingredients

  • minced meat - 10.5 oz (300 g) mix
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • dry bread - 1 slice
  • grated parmesan - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • nutmeg - a pinch
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • cornflakes

How to make

Put the minced meat in a bowl, add an egg, a pressed clove of garlic, 1.1 oz (30 g) of grated Parmesan and the soaked in water crumbled and squeezed bread.

Season the meatball mixture with a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Knead the products well and leave them for an hour, so that the minced meat is well flavored. Line a baking pan with a piece of baking paper.

Spread it lightly with olive oil. With greased hands, shape small meatballs and roll them in the crushed cornflakes.

Arrange them in the baking pan. Drizzle each meatball with 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

Bake at 340°F (170°C) in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes.

Serve the baked meatballs with cornflakes with tomato sauce or yogurt and garlic sauce.
