How to make
Mix the two types of flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the eggs to them, pour the honey, poppy seeds and sesame tahini.
Mix with a spoon, by exerting pressure on the forming dough.
Since it is sticky, it would be difficult to knead with hands. Depending on the thickness of the sesame tahini you use, you may need to add more if the dough becomes hard. Otherwise, add a little more flour.
Spread the resulting dough in a thin layer in a tray onto baking paper or a silicone baking mat.
The spreading is done by greasing the back of a spoon with a little oil to prevent sticking.
Cut it into rhombuses and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a 360°F (180°C) oven for 10 minutes, then reduce to 310°F (155°C) for another 10 minutes or until you see the crackers brown around the edges.
As soon as you take it out of the oven, let it cool and break it into rhombuses.
Serve the crackers in the company of sweet sauces, desserts, fruit or fruit salads.
