How to make
Mix the rice semolina with the sugar and coconut milk, by diluting the milk with about 100 ml of water.
If you wish, you may skip the sugar and sweeten it with honey only at the end.
Add the dates (cut into pieces) to the mixture. Boil over medium heat and stir constantly, until done.
After you have taken the semolina off of the hob, leave it to cool, since honey should not be subjected to high temperature.
When the semolina is slightly warm, mix it with tahini, hemp seed and cinnamon and sweeten the sweet porridge with as much honey as you like.
This rice semolina with honey and tahini is a healthy breakfast for everyone.
