How to make
Put the rice semolina and milk in a pot. Beat well with a wire whisk and cook on the stove for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. The minutes are timed from the moment it boils.
Then pour the cream, condensed milk (from the high percentage, thick and sweet), vanilla and cinnamon.
Boil for another 10 minutes or until the cream thickens. The thickness can be adjusted according to taste. If you want, add more cream or milk, in case the cream seems too thick for you.
Keep in mind that after it cools, it will firm up even more.
Distribute the semolina cream into dessert bowls and garnish it as you like - with a sprinkle of cinnamon, grated chocolate, fruit.
