How to make
Put milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan.
Wait for it to boil and add the semolina.
Reduce heat and boil the semolina pudding for about 20 minutes or until it is ready.
Turn off the heat and add the vanilla and butter to the delicious semolina pudding.
Stir with a wooden spoon, until it has completely melted.
Pour it into suitable bowls and leave it to cool.
Before serving, decorate the semolina pudding with cream with fresh fruit.
