Ingredients

  • rice - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • onion - 1 small onion
  • carrots - 1/2 pcs.
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • salt (optional)

How to make

Wash the rice thoroughly under running water. With a grater, grate the carrot and cut the onion into fine pieces with a knife.

Put a pot with a little water on the stove and add the rice and vegetables. Boil over low heat, until everything is fully cooked. Finally, add the butter and place it back onto the stove for a minute or two.

Remove it from the heat and add the beaten egg yolk.

If necessary, you can puree the rice soup lightly with a liquidizer.
