How to make
Finely chop the leeks and stew them for 5 minutes in a small amount of oil. Add the tomato paste and paprika. After 1-2 minutes, add the sauerkraut and beans.
Pour the broth, season with the spices and transfer everything into a baking pan. In a food processor, crumble the bread, parsley, garlic and olive oil. Sprinkle them over the beans and sauerkraut.
Bake in an oven heated to 370°F (190°C) and bake, until it aquires a golden color for 40 minutes.
Remove the baked beans, cool them and serve them at the Christmas Eve table.
The vegan baked beans with sauerkraut are ready.
