How to make
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the sliced garlic.
Add the spinach and wait for the water to boil.
Turn it off, add the Parmesan and crumble the white cheese (you can add the white cheese now or later when you put it in the guvec pots, by crumbling it on top). Stir well.
In small ceramic bowls, put a few spoons of Béchamel sauce on the bottom (enough to cover the bottom).
Add the spinach, by trying to make a nest.
Crack one egg inside. Bake the ceramic bowls in the oven for about five minutes and before taking them out, sprinkle the paprika over the eggs and a little of the Emmental.
The frozen spinach with eggs and white cheese is ready.
