  • emmental yellow cheese
  • parmesan - 2 tbsp. (grated)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.

How to make

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the sliced ​​garlic.

Add the spinach and wait for the water to boil.

Turn it off, add the Parmesan and crumble the white cheese (you can add the white cheese now or later when you put it in the guvec pots, by crumbling it on top). Stir well.
