How to make
Wash and clean the quinces. Cut them into cubes.
Pour the water and sugar in a pot and boil the mixture on the stove. Add the lemon juice and cook, until the mixture becomes thicker.
Pour the quinces into a baking pan and cover them with the syrup. Cover with aluminum foil.
Place them in the oven and bake them for 10-15 minutes. Remove the baking pan from the oven and leave it covered with foil for 30 minutes.
Then roll the pieces in sugar and place them on a plate.
