Ingredients

  • plain biscuits - 9.2 oz (260 g)
  • walnuts - 1 cup (grinded)
  • soft butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • instant coffee - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • candied cherries
  • chocolate - white and black

How to make

Grind the biscuits and walnuts in a food processor. Pour them into a bowl and add the milk, soft butter, coffee and powdered sugar to them.

Stir very well to combine all the ingredients. Melt the chocolates and use a brush to coat silicone candy molds. Leave them in the freezer to firm up.

Take them out and in each mold, place from the biscuit mixture, add a cherry and fill the mold up to the top.

Place the molds back into the refrigerator, so that they can harden completely (can also be placed in the freezer, it happens faster). Release the candies from the molds and arrange them in individual paper cups.
